Cancellation Policy	Reservations of fewer than 3 groups From 7 days prior to the play date (excluding the play date itself): ¥3,000 per person Reservations of 3 or more groups From 7 days prior to the play date (excluding the play date itself): ¥3,000 per person From 14 days prior to the play date (excluding the play date itself): ・If 80% or more of the reserved groups are canceled: ¥5,000 per group (Example: 4 groups canceled out of 5 reserved) ・If 50% or more of the reserved groups are canceled: ¥2,000 per group (Example: 3 groups canceled out of 5 reserved) Cancellations made by the booking representative or accompanying players for reasons such as bad weather or health conditions are treated as group cancellations. For cancellations without notice, 100% of the play fee per person will be charged. All charges will be billed to the booking representative.
