For reservations of fewer than 3 groups: From 3 days prior to the play date (excluding the play date itself) ... 3,000 yen × number of players.
For reservations of 3 groups or more: From 7 days prior to the play date (excluding the play date itself) ... 3,000 yen × number of players.
  • *Cancellations of entire groups made at the discretion or convenience of the booking representative or accompanying players (e.g., due to unfavorable weather, health issues, etc.).
[Accommodation]
From 3 days prior to the accommodation date (excluding the date itself): 7,000 yen × number of guests.
On the day of stay: 14,000 yen × number of guests.
