Information Regarding Interviews and Filming

In order to protect the privacy of our customers using the golf course,
we strictly prohibit interviews, filming, and publication without our permission.

[Permission for Interviews, Filming, and Publication]

  • 1. Prior approval from our company is required when conducting interviews or filming at the golf course.
  • 2. Our responsible department will confirm the purpose of filming, details of the content, scope of use, etc., in writing or by electronic means, and will then determine whether the request can be approved.
  • 3. Please note that the review process requires a certain amount of time. Please apply using the designated form at least five business days prior to your desired date. Please also understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the content and scheduling circumstances.
  • 4. If interviews, filming, or publication are conducted without our permission, or if there is any violation of our filming rules, laws and regulations, dangerous behavior, or nuisance behavior, we may request suspension of the activity or ask you to leave the premises.
  • 5. We may request that videos or photographs be submitted to us in advance prior to publication.
  • 6. If the filming permission standards are not observed or are deemed inappropriate, we may refuse publication or request deletion of the posted content.
  • 7. After confirming permission for interviews or filming, please proceed with your accommodation reservation.

[Rules for Interviews, Filming, and Publication]

  • 1. Please take care not to cause inconvenience to or interfere with other customers using the golf course.
    • *Please refrain from actions such as pointing cameras at others, conducting interviews, occupying common areas, stopping others, making loud noises, or speaking loudly.
  • 2. Please ensure that you do not publish any information that can identify individuals, such as other customers’ faces or vehicle license plate numbers.
  • 3. Interviews and filming in common areas other than your own guest room are prohibited.
    *If filming is discovered in shared spaces (including the public bath area and changing rooms, private baths, etc.) without permission, we may request to check the data stored on your recording devices.
  • 4. Please refrain from storing equipment in common areas.
  • 5. If any loss of or damage to property belonging to the golf course or other customers occurs, we will charge you for the corresponding damages.
  • 6. An application is also required when filming with smartphones, mobile phones, or any other devices capable of capturing still images or videos.
  • 7. Please return any used fixtures and equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) to their original condition.
  • 8. Please do not use the footage for purposes other than those stated in your application.
  • 9. If permission for interviews, filming, or publication is revoked at our discretion, please promptly comply with our instructions.
  • 10. After filming, please send us a sample of the published media (for our internal records).

[Prohibited Acts]

  • 1. Any act that interferes with, or may interfere with, the operations of our company or the golf course.
  • 2. Any act that interferes with, or may interfere with, the use of the golf course by our customers.
  • 3. Any act that causes, or may cause, disadvantage, damage, or inconvenience to our company, the golf course, or other customers.
  • 4. Any act that infringes, or may infringe, upon the portrait rights of our customers or our employees.
  • 5. Any act that damages or infringes, or may damage or infringe, upon copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • 6. Any act or expression that violates, or may violate, laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
  • 7. Any harmful, obscene, or violent act or expression.
  • 8. Any act or expression that leads to, or may lead to, criminal activity.
  • 9. Any act or expression prohibited by social media platform operators.
  • 10. Any other act or expression that our company deems inappropriate.
    • *Please note that there may be cases we are unable to accommodate beyond those listed above. For further details, please contact us.

[Important Notes]

  • 1. Filming may be declined during peak seasons or at busy times.
  • 2. If filming is conducted in a manner that differs from the details provided in the application, permission to film may be revoked.
  • 3. When publishing videos or images on YouTube or social media, please be sure to comply with the Prohibited Acts.
  • 4. Thumbnails and titles are also subject to review. If the Prohibited Acts are not observed, publication may be refused.
  • 5. Some customers may feel uncomfortable simply by having cameras directed at them. We kindly ask for your consideration to ensure that all guests can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.

[Disclaimer]

  • 1. If interviews or filming are discovered without our permission, or if we determine that it is necessary to review videos or images taken by a customer, we may inspect the relevant devices. In the event that data stored on the device is lost intentionally or due to negligence during this process, our company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
  • 2. Our company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes arising between customers in connection with interviews, filming, or publication.
  • 3. If our company revokes permission based on the Rules, Prohibited Acts, or Important Notes, we shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by the applicant or related parties.
