Are there any cancellation fees?

If a reservation is canceled without rescheduling within 4 days of the play date:
Weekdays: ¥8,000 per group
Weekends & holidays: ¥16,000 per group
On the day of play or no-show: 100% of the reservation fee

*For caddy-assisted rounds, cancellation fees apply on the day or the day before, regardless of rescheduling.
*When a cancellation fee applies, the charge will be billed to the person who made the reservation or the representative.

What payment methods are accepted besides cash?: Credit cards (JCB, VISA, DC, UC, Diners, American Express) are accepted.
Electronic payments or QR code payments are not accepted.

Are rental items available?

Available at the following rates. Quantities are limited, so please request at the time of reservation:

・Shoes: ¥1,210 (tax included)
・Full set of clubs: ¥3,520 (tax included)
*Men’s shafts available in S and R flex; women’s shafts available in L flex.
・Single club: ¥550

Is shuttle service available from the nearest train station?

A club shuttle bus operates from the north exit of Sakado Station (Tobu Tojo Line) to Iruma Country Club (travel time: approx. 20 minutes; max capacity: 23 passengers).

*Reservations are required for the last departure from Sakado Station (North Exit). Please make a reservation at least three days in advance by entering your bus time in the “Reservation Message” field of the Iruma web reservation system, or by submitting the “play date,” “bus time,” and “number of passengers” via the Contact form on the Resol Golf official website.
Reservations are also accepted at the front desk or by phone (049-292-5112) between 9:00 and 16:30.
*Please note that the shuttle bus does not operate on Self Days or Special Days.

Can you tell me about accommodations?: There are no accommodations on site. Please use a hotel near Sakado Station.

Are there dress or etiquette rules?: For details, please refer to the Etiquette Guide (Notes for Visiting the Club)
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (outside the clubhouse, near teeing areas, and at designated ashtrays near course rest huts).

Can you tell me about the restaurant?

General Restaurant Information
(The restaurant is open to the public, including guests who are not playing golf.)
Regular Hours: Open – 4:30 PM

*On “Special Days” and “Self Days,” service is available from 8:30 to 14:00 (pre-booked parties are accepted).

Usage fee: ¥5,500 (tax included)
Appetizer: ¥1,100 (tax included)

Is there a practice facility?: 15-bay driving range (maximum 100 yards), 30 balls per coin ¥440 (tax included)
Includes bunker and approach practice areas

What about internet access?: Free Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse

Are half rounds or through rounds available?: Half rounds are generally available after 13:30 throughout the year.
Early morning through play is available from June to mid-August.

Is driving on the fairway allowed?: Not allowed. Please use remote-controlled carts on cart paths only.

Can I play in a 2-ball?: Yes, 2 players can play together. There is no pairing with other players.

Is cart-assisted play available?: All groups use carts with navigation systems.
Play style can be caddy-assisted or self-play.
During summer, air-conditioned carts are available.

Can I ride in the cart without playing?: Cart accompaniment is permitted only during lessons with Iruma Country Club’s contracted professional. The same fee as a player will apply.

Can I bring pets?: Not allowed.
