The Spa & Golf Resort Kuji course, spreading across the hills of Oku-Kuji, features spacious fairways shaped by the grandeur of nature and a highly strategic layout.
Crafted by a legendary amateur of Japanese golf, its refined design stirs every player’s competitive spirit.

This course, designed and supervised by Ginjiro Nakabe, is characterized by its highly strategic layout and its expansive design that makes full use of the area’s magnificent natural landscape.
In particular, the Signature Hole—the 17th—is lined with villas surrounding the green, creating a playing experience you can enjoy only here.

STAY

Fairway Front Villa

The villas lining the fairway each feature a private spa with natural hot springs.
They offer golfers a dreamlike experience—staying as if they were living right inside the golf course.

All five types of villas are completely independent, offering fully private spaces.
Each villa is equipped with an open-air bath, allowing you to fully enjoy a relaxing resort stay.

Gourmet

Dining is one of the true pleasures of a resort stay. Guests staying in a Fairway Front Villa may choose their dinner from two options: kaiseki cuisine at the clubhouse or an in-villa meal served in their room.
For breakfast, a Morning Box is delivered to your villa, allowing you to enjoy a private moment with someone special.

Spa

Each villa is equipped with a bathroom featuring its own hot spring.
You can enjoy the alkaline simple spring water—drawn from 1,200 meters underground—in the privacy of your own space.

Hotel

At Spa & Golf Resort Kuji, you can also enjoy a hotel-style stay.
A variety of room types are available—including twin rooms, suites, and Japanese-style rooms—offering spacious accommodations for a relaxing resort experience.

There are four room types available.
From twin rooms suitable for two guests to Japanese-style rooms that can accommodate up to six, we offer a range of options to suit any occasion.
A lounge is available in the hotel’s first-floor lobby, providing a comfortable space to spend time with your companions before or after your round.

Gourmet

For hotel guests, dinner features a selection of set menus and kaiseki courses that showcase local specialties such as Hitachi beef and fresh seafood.
You may choose from several menu options.
The following morning, a traditional Japanese breakfast is served, featuring regional dishes such as straw-fermented natto and Oku-Kuji eggs.
