| Cancellation Fees | Play Cancellation Fee: ¥3,000 per person × number of reserved players (e.g., 4 players = ¥12,000) For reservations of 3 or more groups: cancellations after 14 days before the play date, noon For reservations of 2 or fewer groups: cancellations after 7 days before the play date, noon Cancellations made on or after the above deadlines are subject to the cancellation fee.
Party Cancellation Fee: If a party reservation has been made and no notice is given by 7 days before the play date, 100% of the party reservation fee will be charged in addition to the play cancellation fee. |
