With urban development initiatives around Nagoya Station, the Sakae District Grand Vision, and the establishment of an extensive expressway network, the Chubu region centered around Nagoya has developed a strong foundation as one of Japan’s key metropolitan areas. It is not only a hub for sharing culture with the world, but also a vital center of Japan’s economy and industry.

Located in the rolling hills just outside Nagoya, surrounded by the vibrant seasonal beauty of Korankei and the clear waters of the Yahagi River, Chukyo Golf Club Ishino Course has, since its opening in October 1993, strived to provide its members and leaders from various fields with a welcoming “oasis for the mind” where they can relax and fully enjoy the pleasures of the Club.

The course, supervised by Pete Dye and designed by Tamashi Yamada, offers depth and variety, with every hole revealing something new each time it is played. Today, we are proud to receive praise that the Club offers not only an enjoyable club life for its members, but also an experience that guests can fully share and appreciate.

We believe this recognition reflects the sense of comfort and confidence that extends throughout the Club—from the attentive service of our staff, whose dedication has remained true to the Club’s founding philosophy, to the meticulous upkeep of the course and the welcoming environment of the clubhouse.

The Club is also proud to host the Chukyo TV Bridgestone Ladies Open, a major spring event enjoyed by the local community. Since 2005, we have also hosted the Toyota Junior Golf World Cup, where junior golfers from around the world compete for the honor of representing their respective countries. The event has helped raise the profile of our Club

With the opening of the Chuo Shinkansen maglev line between Tokyo and Nagoya anticipated in 2027, large-scale redevelopment is underway around Nagoya Station, laying the foundation for an increasingly internationally competitive urban center. Today, the Chubu region, Japan’s manufacturing heartland, is poised to evolve into a world-class international commercial hub.

Amid these changing times, since opening in October 1993, our Club has continued to grow alongside its members under the founding concept of being a prestigious hospitality course cherished by the business community of Nagoya. Over the years, we have established a firm position as one of Japan’s most distinguished golf courses. Since 2000, the Chukyo TV Bridgestone Ladies Open has also been held at our Club, creating memorable moments and sporting drama year after year.
