- Do you provide rental equipment?
- Available at the following rates, limited quantity. Please request at the time of reservation:
- ・Shoes: ¥550 (tax included)
- ・Club Set: ¥3,300 (tax included)
- Is there a practice range?
- A 10-bay driving range up to 230 yards, 25 balls for ¥270 (tax included), plus an approach practice area.
- Is there shuttle service from the nearest train station?
- Unfortunately, we do not provide shuttle service.

By car:- ・From Fukuoka: ~5 km (7 minutes) from Karatsu Chichika Yamada IC
- ・From Saga City / Nagasaki: ~23 km (32 minutes) from Makse IC via Nagasaki Expressway → Kyuragi-Taku Toll Road
By train:- ・About 10 minutes by taxi from JR Karatsu Station on the JR Chikuhi Line

- Are there cancellation fees?
- If you cancel your reservation without rescheduling from 5 days before the play date until the day before, a cancellation fee per group applies:
Weekdays: ¥2,000
Weekends: ¥8,000
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
For groups of 3 or more, once the number of groups is confirmed 14 days prior, cancellations without changes after that date will incur the above cancellation fees.
- What payment methods are accepted besides cash?
- Credit cards: JCB, VISA, DC, UC, Diners, Amex
Other electronic payments or QR code payments are not accepted
- What is the Resole Card G?
- It is a points card with no annual fee or enrollment fee. It can be issued on the same day by filling out an application form.
In addition to points based on your spending, the card offers birthday points, competition points, and various discounts and benefits.

- Are there any dress code requirements?
- For details, please refer to the Manners Guide (Precautions when visiting).
- Can I drive the cart on the fairway?
- No, only on the cart paths with remote control.
- Can I ride the cart without playing?
- Not allowed.
- Can I bring pets?
- Pets are not permitted.
